Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our service lets you upload two photos of people and receive one AI-generated video of both of them performing a duo trend. You buy credits to generate videos.

Uploads and Authorization

You may only upload photos that you own or that you have explicit permission from the owner to use.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that every person shown in it has consented to appear in an AI-generated video.
By uploading a photo, you grant us the limited licence we need to store your photos, process them, and render the video you asked for.
If you do not have those rights or that consent, do not upload the photo.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break this rule.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to create, upload, or share:

Non-consensual deepfakes, or any intimate or sexually explicit imagery of a real person, including nudity.
Any content that depicts a minor, or any use of a photo of a minor, to create an AI-generated video.
Impersonation of public figures or private individuals in order to deceive or mislead.
Harassment, defamation, or content intended to humiliate or harm a person.
Content used for political or advertising deception, or to mislead people about what is real.
Any use that breaks applicable law, including AI-transparency laws and laws protecting a person's name, image, or likeness.

AI-Generated Content

The videos we produce are synthetic. They are generated by AI models and do not depict real events.
Output may contain artefacts, distortion, or inaccuracies, and may not match what you expected.
We do not guarantee a particular quality, and we do not guarantee that both people in your photos will be rendered as you expect.
Where the platform you post to, or the law, requires it, you must disclose or label the video as AI-generated.
You are responsible for how the video is used once it has been delivered to you.

Credits, Payment and Refunds

Credits are purchased in advance and are spent when a generation job starts.
A 5-second video costs 10 credits and a 10-second video costs 20 credits.
Credits are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a render fails, the credits for that job are refunded to your credit balance.
We may change prices and credit costs. Changes apply to future purchases and future generations.
Checkout, payment processing, and applicable tax handling are done by our merchant-of-record payment provider under its own terms.

Your Content and Our Rights

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate.
You are responsible for having all the rights and permissions needed to upload your photos and to use the videos you generate.
You must not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service itself, or offer it as your own.
Our website, brand, and the service itself remain ours and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt our services or anyone else's use of them
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or other users' accounts
Upload malware or other harmful code
Scrape, overload, or automate the service in a way that harms it or other users

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you break these Terms, including the uploads and prohibited uses rules above. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any generated video will meet your expectations.
